Up to about 20C, perhaps a bit higher if the humidity is low.  I don't really have a lower limit in the British climate; Minnesota might be a different matter.

20 or 22, thereabouts. Anything over 25 is often just terrible.

The weather I can't stand is when it's 60-80 degrees and sunny out. (18-25 Celsius. Mathematically it's probably not quite the same, but you know the number affects your perception of the weather. I prefer C, but living in the US I'm forced to use F most of the time. We need metrification!) When it's raining/cloudy with those temperatures, it's perfect outdoor exercise weather; above that and it feels pleasantly summery, 'beach time'; below that, and it feels nice and normal. But that weather everyone else looks forward to I can't stand.

Rain and snow can be nice but I really like 70-75F with a light breeze.

Anywhere from 80-85 degrees. I've always been a bit of a cold-blood, though, and usually prefer 'room temperature' to be around 76-78 degrees.

First of all, I cannot stand heat+humidity at all. That's what makes a lot of the West so great. My ideal outside temperature is probably between 70-75ºF with perhaps a slight breeze. However, I can tolerate dry heat into the low triple-digits. On the other hand, I have little tolerance for the cold and would prefer nothing below 40ºF (though I would consider anything below 50ºF or so to be cold).

Aw, adorable.

Speaking of outside temps, its getting down in the lower-to-mid-seventies at night here now, so I really have to get my hot water heater fixed.  Its one of the inline versions they use over here, and it just barely warms the water at all, not sure why - worked great till about two months ago.

I like it to be between 40 and 68 or so degrees - preferably with overcast and a strong breeze on the upper end of that range. The 70s are fine if there is wind and a lack of direct sunshine - e.g. near dawn or dusk, or at night. Anything between -40 and 40 is fine provided I've adequately warm clothing, and any outdoor temperature below -40 or above 77 or so degrees is unpleasant regardless of the circumstances.
