I would very much hope that the Midwest takes advantage of the Supreme Court's ruling in Jbrase v. Atlasia and abolishes the old and out of date names that have clouded up discourse for far too long Smiley

The WAMSR Creation Bill
Section 1 The WAMS Reactor
1.  The Waste Annihilating Molten Salt Reactor (WAMSR) reduces the amount of nuclear waste produced and has a lower risk of meltdowns due to the use of Molten Salt instead of Water as the coolant.
2. The WAMSR was developed in Atlasia by Atlasian graduates of MIT.
3. The WAMSR can use nuclear waste from other reactors has its fuel.
Section 2 Funding
1. The Government of the Midwest will provide $1 Billion dollars for the construction of WAMS Reactors in the Region.
2. These reactors shall be constructed in Vitality, Joy, Mirth, and Moxie.
Section 3 Implementation Date
1. This law shall take effect January 1, 2015.

Midwestern Contract Procurement Reform Bill
Section 1 Procurement Quotas
1. The Midwestern Government, Municipal, and other local governments shall distribute contracts for services to the following ratio:
a. 75% of contracts shall be granted to companies located in the Midwestern region.
b. No less than 30% of contracts shall be awarded to Minority run companies.
2. Minority run companies are defined as businesses owned by a member of one of the following categories
a. Afro-Atlasian
b. Asian
c. Native Atlasian
d. Hispanic/Latino Atlasian
e. Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Questioning, Asexual, or Pansexual
f. Physically handicapped
g. Mentally handicapped
h. Veteran
i. Woman
Section 2 Date of enactment
1. This bill shall take effect upon January 1, 2015.
