Section 1
1) Section II, part (b) of the Fourth Midwest Constitution shall be amended as follows:
"The Alțing shall consist of three four Most Serene Representatives elected at-large to the Alțing in a five day at-large election that shall begin on the third Thursday closing in on Friday of the month during the months of January, March, May, July, September and November. They are elected using the PR-STV voting system."
Section 2
2) Section II, part (d) of the Fourth Midwest Constitution shall be amended as follows:
"One Archduke of the Alțing is to be elected at-large from among the trustees over the course of five days, starting on the third Thursday closing in on Friday of the month of January, May, and September. They are elected using the PR-STV voting system. The Alțing shall be empowered to create appropriate regulations for the election of the Archduke of the Alțing; however, no candidate may become Archduke of the Alțing without an absolute majority of the vote, unless serious business is afoot. The winner is to serve as head of government, and as the official "Lord of the Cakes." The Archdukes vote shall have the same power as that of a Most Serene Representative. shall be that resolving tied verdicts reached by the Alțing. The Archduke also acts as the head of the Alțing, bringing pieces of legislation up for debate, vote, and bringing the legislation to the Governor for signing."
