Gingrich and Brown don't make the usual cut, but are cut some slack because of Gingrich's performance last time around and because Brown is the only MA GOP of note since Romney's loss (despite his own).

Karen Handel and Christopher Shays, Jodi Rell and Newt Gingrich and finally Scott Brown are my gut feelings of likely candidates, however none would be competitive.

Gingrich and Brown, basically. Although neither are particularly likely to run, or win.
