Brian Schweitzer is a human being, not a slave to the Democratic Party. His path to the Senate seat is not laid out by the Yellow Brick Road, especially in an environment like this one. In fact, I would bet the farm that if he ran, Daines would be leading anyway. This seat was a tossup at best, even with Schweitzer, and I don't blame him for using his free will and not running for Senate.

I am done arguing this point. Sh*t happens. Get over it.

This doesn't shock me one bit. Many church leaders are messed up sexually, and they're still trying to use the junkest of junk science in order to cover up their sick actions.

It's critical because we have people sitting in a jail cell with their lives ruined for smoking pot.  There are few other things to do in the United States where the consequence is so outrageous when compared to the action.

Well, it would be good news for the pro-lifers who actually want to stop abortions. It wouldn't be very good news for the ones who want to punish women for having sex and couldn't care less about abortions, babies, or children.

Israel does not go out deliberately to kill civilians to intimidate anyone who does not hew totally to their incredibly cruel vision of an absolute theocratic state, reducing women to chattel, among other things, many other things. Anyone who misses that, and conflates the two entities, has either a lack of conscience, or an agenda, or is very misinformed in my opinion.

Just because cops are right 90% of the time does not mean that the other 10% should get off scott free, especially when there's a video of the crime in action.
