Welcome back, everyone! As of 4:10 eastern time, we have the following results from the Presidential race, eliminating all those writingins:

Round 1:
Lewis Trondheim/True Democrat: 25
KEmperor/Alcon: 25
Al/Siege40: 18

As of now, we project that Al/Siege40 will be eliminated in the first ballot.

Round 2:
Lewis Trondheim/True Democrat gains 10 Al votes, bringing the total number of LT/TD votes to 35

KEmperor/Alcon gains 6 Al votes, receiving 31 votes in total.

We do not project a winner at this hour.

Er, Al's only 7 votes behind and it's barely even Saturday... isn't it a bit early to project anything?

Yes, it's one giant conspiracy to destroy your candidacy. Wink

We have preliminary results from the senate races.

In District 1, ColinW has 9 votes, leading Democratic candidate Josh, who has received 6 votes. This race is too close to call as of now.

Over to District 2, where popular governor MAS117 has the support of 8 Atlasians, compared to 1 vote to reelect Bono, the Republican from New Hampshire. Thus it appears, MAS117 has won the District 2 senate seat.

District 3 is seeing another tight race. Mike Naso, with 7 votes is determined to unseat veteran politician Nym90, who has 6 votes. A fired up Republican base could make that happen, though keep in mind that this is a traditional Democratic district. We leave this race in the tossup column.

SamSpade of Louisiana is challenging the longest-sserving Senator, StatesRights. And it looks like StatesRights might need to pack up, because SamSpade is leading, 9 to 5.

Hughento and King are jostling for the seat of outgoing Senator, former Secretary of Defence John Ford. King had been a favourite in this race but is currently trailing his rival, former Senator and October presidential candidate 11 to 6.

We cell District 2 for MAS117 and District 5 for Hughento. Districts 1, 3, and 4 are too close to call.
