Amendment to Article IV, Section I

AYE (58.3%): Goldwater, a Person, Lincoln Republican, President Averroes, bore, Scott, Matt from VT

NAY (25%): Homelycooking, Dr. Cynic, Polnut

ABSTAIN (16.7%): SirNick, Poirot

With 7 Aye's, 3 Nay's and 2 Abstaining, the Amendment passes requiring a simple majority.


Ratification Amendment

AYE (66.6%): a Person, Lincoln Republican, President Averroes, bore, Dr. Cynic, Scott, Polnut, Matt from VT

NAY(16.6%): Goldwater, Homelycooking

ABSTAIN (16.6%): SirNick, Poirot

With 8 Aye's (66.6%), 2 Nays and 2 Abstaining the Amendment passes requiring a simple majority.
