I am putting this in Slot 6, which I plan to leave open most of the time, since Slot 7 will probably end up being filled most of the time and we should have one emergency slot empty. Since the emergency slots are also forum affairs slots and voting is forum affairs, I haved placed this here. I expect it to be gone by Thursday.

Senators have 24 hours to object to unanimous consent to suspend the rules (cloture and minimum debate time) to proceed immediately to a final vote.
