What's her district's PVI?

(HP, of course.  But I suspect she'd have to be occupying an D +something district for a primary challenge to be fruitful.)

It was around D+3 for 2004/2008 PVI. Don't think it changed much for 2008/2012.

Her seat is one of the ones up in 2014 and Oregon has closed primaries.

Not sure how successful it would be though. Yeah, someone in a D+3 district shouldn't be against basic voting rights.  There are actually quite a few moderate, or even center-right, positions I could understand/forgive in a district like that, but opposition to making voting easier is emphatically not one of them.
