Now that his tenure in NYC is coming to a close, any chance he runs?

I would assume it would be most feasible with a far left and far right candidate battling it out.

What would a Warren/Santorum/Bloomberg map look like?

There's always a chance the mayor of New York will run.

Would he want to spend his money though? I guess one could compare him to Perot in that his presidential run would be mostly self funded (at least at first), and he certainly has the cash to do it....

However, I doubt he has much national appeal outside of the northeast. The basis of my question centers around the idea that the other two candidates are polarizing wingnuts.

Polarizing wing nuts always have a chance over independents. He wouldn't win or probably even make it to the actual election. There's always a chance he'll run or try running for a couple summer months.

I think if Bloomberg wants to run he would pull a Crist/Chafee and switch to a Dem.

Doubt he's run though.

He's never make it out of either primary.

I would have to say in all honesty I believe there is a zero chance he runs.

He will go down in history as a very successful Mayor of New York City, one of the most difficult jurisdictions to govern and one of the largest jurisdiction in the U.S. in terms of population.

He would not want to diminish his political reputation by running what would be a certain loss in a futile Presidential campaign.
