Segway from the red meat thread. What meats have you tried, want to try, or are you grossed out by it all? I have had:

Cow, chicken, pig (because duh)
Lamb, venison, goat (a little less common)
Ostrich
Alligator
Kangaroo
Duck
Squab
Antelope
Buffalo
Frog
Rabbit
Ox

I am willing to try just about anything. I get hesitant if it's offal, though. I have passed at opportunities to eat brain, liver, kidney, stomach, eyes, etc. Grosses me out. The oddest thing I recall is having chicken feet at a yum.cha restaurant at the insistence of a friend. They were surprisingly good.

If seafood is included, the list expands to shrimp, crab, lobster, oyster, mussels, scallops, octopus, squid, bug, yabby, turtle, and urchin.

Chicken
Pig

Goose
Duck
Buffalo (delicious)
Deer (delicious when done right)

Fishes:
Too many to name here

Seafood:
Crab, lobster, crayfish, clams, oysters, mussels, octopus, squid, shrimp, scallops

I think that's it.

You never know what those far-left/right weirdos will eat. Their elitist populism and ideology chock full of contradictions makes for a very confused and deranged worldview.

The usuals that most people have listed already, but recently I got the chance to add elk.  Not bad, a little dry though.

Not that many, unfortunately. I'm always down to try new ones though, though like Tik I found organ meat kind of gross. I've had chicken livers a few times and really hated the texture.

Chicken
Turkey
Duck
Pig
Cow
Sheep/lamb
Goat
Alligator

What are they?  I never heard of them before.

Squab is pidgeon. I tried it last year on a visit to Texas, that same dish had an antelope steak and venison sausages. Far too bony and difficult to eat, though it was seasoned well. The venison sausage was too chewy, but the antelope was beautiful.

Yabbies are basically Australian  crayfish. We caught them from a small pond and chucked them inboiling water, as is typical. Ate them with homemade mayo. Good stuff.

You didn't ask about "bug" (though you didn't ask about most off what I've said admittedly). That's not an insect but rather a rarish variety of lobster. It made me feel ill.

Cow, chicken, pig (because duh)
Lamb, venison, goat (a little less common)
Ostrich
Alligator
Kangaroo
Duck
Squab
Antelope
Buffalo
Frog
Rabbit and hare

Goose
Pidgin
Turkey
Pheasant
Partridge
Snake
Whale
Monkey
Dog
Horse
Lundi (Faroese bird, dunno the English name)
Bear
Badger
Beaver
Boar
Moose
Seal

I wouldn't knowingly eat a rat, mice or cat and monkey was only to be polite during a visit to a village. Otherwise I basically think that meat is meat, you either eat all sorts or become a vegetarian. I wouldn't eat meat from endangered species.

Chicken
Cow
Pig
Turkey
Lamb
Buffalo
Bison
Duck (not a fan at all)
Deer

Fish (far too many to list, and I'm a big fan of sushi)
Crab
Lobster
Shrimp
Scallops
Clams
Oyster
Mussels
Squid
Octopus
Shark

I'm probably missing something here. I've never eaten a reptile and have almost no desire to do so. And I suppose shark is probably in the fish category, but I thought it merited being listed separately,

The church I went to growing up did a "wild game dinner" once a year (the pastor was a hunter), so I ate lots of wild things, but I don't remember very many specifics.  Anyway, the odd things I know I've eaten:
frog
gator
deer
squirrel
pheasant
squid
bison (american)
lamb
duck
oysters (raw...blech....cooked, meh)
clam
scallops

This

And this:

and this:

I've eaten pretty much all of the common meats (beef, chicken, turkey, etc.).  I think I've eaten pork and shrimp before, even though my religious beliefs don't allow either.  When I was little, my great-grandmother also gave me venison, but it's been so long that I'd like to try it again.  As much as I love to eat meat, I'm not the kind of guy who likes to try really exotic meats.  I definitely don't want to eat veal, and though I probably would be fine with lamb, the concept of eating baby animals still bothers me.  I might want to try mutton, but that would be about it.

Land:
Cow
Chicken
Turkey
Goat
Sheep
Bison

I'm not going to make a list of non-land animals because that would take far too long.

Well not to quote everything usual or unusual that have been quoted so far, I once had a coypu stew in Belize. Quite the experience... Also fried crickets in Mexico.

Tons of fish, I was in Japan and pretty much had no idea what I was eating (inc. squid, eel) --on top of the "mainstream" fish that everyone has had.

In terms of weird animals, ostrich...quail, goat...duck...bison...hmm...probably a few other odd ones in there.
