I really like this topic. I'm a supporter of affirmative action and would only support racial profiling in certain circumstances such as someone filing a police report or identifying a suspect as being from a certain race. Racial profiling covers quite a variety of areas. It could be argued that we should do away with racial profiling and have color blind applications for colleges and jobs. If racial profiling can save lives and there's evidence then do it I say. Affirmative action has given minorities a better chance at getting into college. The only problem I would have with it is if being from a minority race were worth more than say a perfect SAT score or a 4.0 GPA.
