I have to say that I approve this act. The idea of a "state of the union" style statement for the Governor is a great way to keep track of what happens in the Midwest, and it gives an active role to a potential Alþing opposition.

Basically a mini state of the union. I came up with this idea looking at Nix's thing. I thought it would be good for the Midwest in order to increase activity on part of our governors.

I would be open to any changes to it in order to make it work.
