It seems like the three amendments will pass at the around the same time. Therefore, I will create one voting booth for all three.

The fight against obesity is an interesting one, and one I think is difficult to fight legislatively, because fighting it sometimes might entail a restriction in ones ability to make choices, which I am staunchly against. However, If schools are to operate as entities that have decision making ability, than we must be understanding of  that, and create how the school manages it's decisions. I think this bill does a lot right, and even though it started off something I wouldn't sign, it's become a much better bill and therefore...

Because I think the best way to fight obesity is to change how the schools do business and educate people, not define how people eat outside of the school.

This bill will promote a more active Midwest Governor, with the possibility of Most Serene Representatives coming back. I am proud the legislature passed this with such haste, and I will sign it happily.

I am not in favor of this legislation, as it is unnecessary and adds to my paper load, but my hands are tied, as the legislature voted unanimously to pass it. Therefore, I will respect the legislatures will and sign it. Quite simply, I don't have the votes to turn this one around.
