Thought of this because of the royal baby stuff and because Bastille Day was a few days ago.

France (normal).

I like both a lot, in fact, I'll be in both places at the end of the year, but I'll be spending a month in France and a week in the UK... lean France.

While I despise Britain's oppressive form of government, it's still better than France.

I've never been to either, so I can't really say, though probably the UK.

Culturally and historically, France. I voted UK, though, only because I know and like so many Brits.

Of course I prefer French people, but UK is a bit more tolerant of my peccadilloes.

I'm somewhat of both an Anglophile and a Francophile, but I'm more of an Anglophile, so Britain it is.

UK, as I'm quite the Anglophile and have family there. Don't hate France or the French though.

Oh, this is tricky.
Politics: I'll say France, since the left is still in the right place rhetorically, at least.  In Britain, and in many Germanic countries, I'd say, there seems to be a "huddle around the center" culture.  But it goes both ways.  The British Torries are far more tolerable than the UMP.  And I'd much prefer UKIP to the FN (since UKIP has the best chances of getting into power of any far-right party in Britain).  But I will say that there are time periods in the past where I'd have preferred Britain.  In the immediate post-war years, that would've been obvious, and through the 50's as well.  In the late 60's, Harold Wilson's refusal to openly break with the US on Vietnam might have pushed me into preferring the French left, but it would've switched again quickly.  At least Labour was never lead by any war criminals.
Political System: France.
Culture: France.
Food: France.
Music (the kind that people listen to): UK
Classical Music: UK, but barely.
Openness to Foreigners: UK.
Language: Obviously UK.  Wouldn't mind it were there not such a culture of lingual snobbishness in France.  Though I must admit, I would like to learn French when I'm done with German.
Men: France.

Ah yes, reverence to the Saxe-Coburgs is Britishness distilled, lol. Even you'll admit the COE are completely irrelevant today, and rightly so - what influence they have left is routinely undermined by your party ignoring it.

France!

Why would I want Britain to be Britain? The only thing I want Britain to be is an extension of America.
