God, the food Bushie eats just sounds soul-crushingly boring to me. Sad

Bushie's food choices parallel his lifestyle. Boring, blah, dead on the inside.

What was your second dinner? Burning minds want to know.

1 ham sandwich with mustard, pickles, and lettuce, a bag of Lay's Sour Cream & Onion potato chips, and a Diet Dr. Pepper.

The Diet Dr. Pepper was the most predictable item ever.

A Braum's cheeseburger that I ordered without cheese and without fries, but came with cheese anyway and a DDP.

Does anybody have a thought about my very serious question?  Can I have diabetes without high blood sugar?

I know, but I will never forget the time you got regular Dr. Pepper because you "accidentally got it from the fountain" and didn't want to waste it.

Probably.  Can you even go one day without a burger of some kind?

If you have poor circulation, that is a precursor to diabetes. It is only a matter of time anyway given your poor diet and lack of exercise and your disinterest in getting your life under control. You'll be on insulin shots by 34 at the latest.

We should trop commenting his regime. We all know it will fail because Bushie doesn't make sports and eats horrible foods and if we can see a weigh loss, it's just because Bushie is lying again. It's sad but it's true. I would like to see that Bushie isn't fat anymore, but I know it's just a dream.

The very definition of diabetes is having high blood sugar.  If your blood sugars are consistently within a normal range, and you aren't doing anything to lower them, then you are not diabetic.  An A1C test is a much better indicator than a random blood sugar test, though.

I will have an A1C test on September 20.  The last time I had it measured was last March and it was 5%, which is a normal range, itself.  I think, though, as Duke pointed out and as a couple of my friends on Facebook, one of whom is a nurse, mentioned, there are other risk factors than just blood sugar.  I think its probably safe to assume I am pre-diabetic even though I don't have the official diagnosis.  My body is in the process of becoming a diabetic.  I am trying to lose weight, although I still have dumb moments like last night, but I digress.  I'm just not doing enough of anything to prevent it or reverse it.

Oh yes, I remember that, well.  That was another dumb moment!  We would be in Season XX if I mentioned all my 'dumb moments'!

Bushie, if you stop eating horrible food, you wouldn't probably some of this health problems. But it's difficult to you to understand that you have to change how you eat...

Oh, how I wish I could have an A1C of 5%!

I just had my A1C tested at 7.8%, which for a diabetic is considered not too bad.

And to have this destructive lifestyle subsidized by free health coverage merely encourages more destructive behaviors.

Oklahoma kids get 2 weeks off for fall break and Spring Break?

Just Oklahoma City because they are on a continuous learning calendar (aka year-round calendar) they start earlier and end later.  The other school districts are on the normal schedule so they only get 2 days for Fall Break in October and 1 week for Spring Break in March.

The OKC website says they get summer break from June until August.  How is that year-round?

...I know it only took a few clicks but why the hell would you take this so seriously that you'd check up on that? Did you ever think, "Wow. I'm visiting some website for a school district no where near me with no impact on my life to verify some dude's schedule?"

Cuz I thought it was weird.  I didn't know any major school districts in the U.S. had actually switched to a year-round calendar.
