Health update: I am slowly improving, but I am going to stay home in the morning just to make sure things don't backfire on me.  I will go to church tomorrow night, but I'm going to sleep in in the morning.  I am going to eat very light tomorrow, again, for fear of backfire.  In fact, I probably won't have a big meal until later on in the week.  I don't want anything to get in the way of a full 5 day week.

I need to correct a couple little items on my school calendar that I posted earlier.  I will be in class on the Parent Teacher Conference days on September 6 and February 7.  Those are only days off for the district's schools, not the vo-techs.  I'm looking at the calendar on my desk and those two days are not shaded "no school".

I attempted Sunday School and that was too much.  My stomach and nausea really started coming on strong so I had to come home.  This is the 4th day being sick which leads me to believe I may have picked up some food poisoning somewhere.  Today, my headache is back along with my stomachache and nausea.  All three are together today.    I'm really starting to get concerned about tomorrow, but I am determined...
