MN-2 does not take kindly to in your face types or Bachmann-esque zealots, a conservative Republican getting elected there basically has to be kind of a standard generic R conservative but uncontroversial and inoffensive, aka not the type of Republican you'll find on any internet message board, especially this one. Tongue (OK I guess muon fits the bill.) SValleyMan wins in any non-wave year.
