Jake's vote will be counted.
Skybridge's vote will not be counted.
Ethelberth's vote will not be counted.
StatesRights' (Zebulon Vance) vote will not be counted.

So, if we count all the votes, Al and I are tied, right?

Not if you count the legal votes.

If I had done the counting, Ethelberth's is the only one I would have outlawed...which btw produces the same result of a one-vote lead. Both States and Skybridge had the info up at the time they cast their ballot...I would have considered that good enough.

Well, I won't comment further in case you want to take this to court, but it would be very foolish of you to do so.

Did he delete the avatar just before voting? Because he had it a few minutes before, and he didn't have it a few minutes after...

Why in the world did he get rid of the avatar, anyway? Interesting timing.

When I checked the thread, which was roughly say 1 and half hours after the post, there was no avatar, nothing.

I don't know about the 1 and a half hours previous.
