I don't have access to the congressional-district level data on Atlas. How close did George W. Bush come to splitting Maine's electoral votes in 2000 and 2004?

2000 was fairly close, at 1.87%, though Nader getting 5.56% had quite a bit to do with that.  2004 was 5.93%

I don't have access to the congressional district data on here either, but I was able to find the following election results in ME-02 for you. Hope this helps!

2012
Barack Obama (D) 52.94%
Mitt Romney (R) 44.38%
Margin: D+ 8.56

2008
Barack Obama (D) 54.61%
John McCain (R) 43.35%
Margin: D+ 11.26

2004
John Kerry (D) 51.95%
George W. Bush (R) 46.13%
Margin: D+ 5.82

2000
Al Gore (D) 47.43%
George W. Bush (R) 45.57%
Ralph Nader (I) 5.56%
Margin: D+ 1.86

1996
Bill Clinton (D) 51.16%
Bob Dole (R) 29.62%
Ross Perot (I) 19.22%
Margin: D+ 21.54     

1992
Bill Clinton (D) 37.77%
Ross Perot (I) 33.22%
George H.W. Bush 29.00%
Margin: D+ 8.87

Interesting that Perot actually came within 5 points of winning ME-02 in 1992.

Nothing out of line which how it usually votes (about D+2) and Bush's performances in 2004, and Nader in 2000.
