I feel like UT Austin is more liberal than you have it there but I will defer to you.

I do think this is an interesting project though and I suspect certain realignments have to do with how certain areas see themselves culturally in addition to the boons of joining X conference...Missouri to the SEC....Colorado to the Pac 12.  Of course not all moving schools can be explained in this way and money has more to do with it...but still interesting no?
