Stayed in office way too long, and tried to annoint his successor on his deathbead. Really would be 20th on list of 20.

In all fairness, Nixon served just 2 years before becoming Ike's Veep and was much more "active" in the House.

Inyoue: I am strongly against deathbead succession but, since that's the worst of his crimes I'd leave him at about 20th

LBJ: Mostly for his actions as president, not to mention my personal belief that he was responsible for JFK's assainaton, he did have the most to gain from it. Since none of it is related to his Senate Tenure he comes in at 18th on my list.

Besides the fact he benefited the most... The Reality is we will never know just who was behind the JFK conspiracy.
