Can someone please tell me what's going on?

I don't understand what's going on, what I'm supposed to have done or anything...

I don't feel well anyway and I'm finding all this stuff pretty upsetting.

Yeah, I have no idea what the hell is going on.  It would appear that between the time I went to bed last night (around midnight) and now, all hell has broken loose.

OK I've been away all weekend, and I'm even more clueless about what's happening.

Why is True Democrat going to be President?  What's wrong with Al?

Strictly speaking, what the unholy crap-factory is going on?

I'm no so sure myself, but I'll try a summary:

basically Lewis came out and said he won't accept the presidency because he would've laost to Al had it not have been for voter disqualification. He basically wanted to toss the election Al. But he can't do that, if he were to quit, the votes would go to True Democrat, making True Democrat president-elect. Then it came out that Lewis didn't even want to be president in the first place and everyone thought this was just a plot to insure Al's election even though Al had no knowledge of any of this.

It's basically in TD's hands now. He can accept the presidency and it ends. If he does not accept it, there's a constitutional crisis, but it looks most likely that the PPT Gabu becomes president. Or there's my idea, he can be innagurated, appoint Al or someone else who wants to be president as VP, and then resign. I think he's posted once since the announcement but he's yet to say anything of his intentions, so I'd advise everyone just settle down until he makes his intentions known.

As Lewis, TD and Al would all make fine presidents, I really don't care too mucha bout this.

That sounds about right. TD has got to be under a lot of pressure right now. Either him being President, letting Gabu be President, or in effect picking the President are all good options.

It's kind of odd, True Democrat gets to power, in his hands alone, to pick the next President of Atlasia. Unprecedented.

Wait wait wait.  Let me get this straight.

So Lewis won but conceded defeat to Al, even though he can't do that, which means it's up to True Democrat, Al or Gabu?  Meanwhile, Mike Naso actually beat Nym90 in D3 after really inactive voters were bussed in, which lead to a tie, which would have lead to a run-off next weekend, but Peter Bell removed his vote, which gave the election to Naso?  And Al and Siege both resigned their senate seats even though neither of them are now in government?  And StatesRights is now Zorbo Watsisface and is now in North Carolina despite still being registered in Florida?  And Demrepdan actually voted???

So....does all this now mean that I'm the President?

Excellent.  Everything is all falling into place.

For my first act as President, I hereby appoint Senator-elect Mike Naso to the prestigious position of Chief of Staff, and I won't take no for an answer.  I also appoint NixonNow to the Vice Presidency.  Lastly, I hereby resign the Presidency.

That is all.

Oh good, given that NixonNow hasn't been confirmed yet, we can turn him down and then I become president!  My nefarious plan has WORKED!

AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
