OK I've been away all weekend, and I'm even more clueless about what's happening.

Why is True Democrat going to be President?  What's wrong with Al? 

Strictly speaking, what the unholy crap-factory is going on?

Wait wait wait.  Let me get this straight.

So Lewis won but conceded defeat to Al, even though he can't do that, which means it's up to True Democrat, Al or Gabu?  Meanwhile, Mike Naso actually beat Nym90 in D3 after really inactive voters were bussed in, which lead to a tie, which would have lead to a run-off next weekend, but Peter Bell removed his vote, which gave the election to Naso?  And Al and Siege both resigned their senate seats even though neither of them are now in government?  And StatesRights is now Zorbo Watsisface and is now in North Carolina despite still being registered in Florida?  And Demrepdan actually voted???

So....does all this now mean that I'm the President?

Excellent.  Everything is all falling into place.

For my first act as President, I hereby appoint Senator-elect Mike Naso to the prestigious position of Chief of Staff, and I won't take no for an answer.  I also appoint NixonNow to the Vice Presidency.  Lastly, I hereby resign the Presidency.
