Mine
1. Repeal the unconstitutional gun control laws.  Preserve the second amendment
2. Stop socialized health care from happening.  Save lives, and dollars.
3. Repeal the income tax once and for all.

poor grammar, in general.  more specifically, the use of the nominitave form of the personal pronouns in cases which require the objective form.

Child molesters. They should all be tortured to death. Slowly.

Right-to-scab laws.

We need to have a federal law to bar states from having right-to-scab laws.

I think school uniforms is a close second.

Judicial activism is my hot button issue.

In only the most extreme cases should judges be able to act as black-robed dictators and order elected officials to do things the people don't want them to do.

We have seen judges order gay marriage, abortion on demand, forced busing, public housing in middle class neighborhoods, and other things without any real justification other than the judge's personal opinion and attachment to a certain political agenda.

Judges should not have political agendae; they should interpret the law, not make law.

Yes, we've seen right-wing activist judges override state civil rights laws, like how they overruled the law in Alaska that said landlords couldn't discriminate against prospective tenants on the basis of marital status.

We've seen right-wing activist judges override the state of California by saying it couldn't ban excessive bank fees.

We've seen an activist right-wing Supreme Court allow Congress to require libraries to censor Internet access.

I support mandatory removal from office for activist judges who make rulings like this.

You are talking about the invalidation of laws that have been passed by legislatures, as opposed to ordering legislatures to pass laws.  There is a difference.

I am not opposed to judicial review.  I think it is essential for the protection of minority opinions within the confines of the basic rights provided under the constitution.  But now we are reaching the point that minority opinions are being allowed to tyrannize the majority.  So many things have happened in the last 50 years that the majority didn't want, and while some were required by the constitution, such as legal equality among the races, many others were not.

The pendulum has swung too far in favor of judicial activism and must swing back or we will have a constitutional crisis.

I assume this means you think that women's rights are more important than men's rights?

If I get a degree and net a $70k/year job and my wife gets even a $40k/year job, why should I care about high taxes? It's not like I'll be spending money on expensive suburban homes or nice cars or anything.
