Would this be a good compromise between profits and labor? We should discuss what we do and don't like. I'm a pretty conservative fellow on taxes. I'm going to divide this bill up into subsections under the political debate thread.

Welfare

Continue food stamps to help the food industry and grocery stores.
Welfare recipients must work 100 hours a week.
Maintain federal funding levels for TANF block grants.
Allow churches to provide welfare services along with the state. Help is help.
As of now provide an annual $16.7 billion in farm subsidies for people making less than $750,000.
Turn foreclosed homes into poor houses and homeless shelters.
Allow unemployment benefits to 59 weeks.
Two year term limits for welfare recipients.
Raise minimum wage to $7.85/hour.
Allow churches to register as childcare providers.
Provide school breakfast for low income children.
$70 million for section 8 housing vouchers.

Labor

Allow compensatory time off for working overtime.
No employer interference in union organization.
Non-union members shouldn't benefit from union negotiations on wages and benefits.
Allow two years to sue for discriminatory compensation.
Card check is not the answer.
Enforce laws against gender based pay discrimination.
Provide $4.5 billion annually for OSHA.
Require disclosure of outsourced employees, but still eliminate corporate tax.
Encourage businesses to raise wages and create jobs.

Taxes

Simplify taxes with a flat federal tax rate of 11.5%.
Federal law requiring 60% supermajority to raise federal taxes.
Eliminate corporate tax to bring back jobs from overseas. Become a tax friendly America.
Eliminate death tax.
Eliminate marriage tax.
No elimination of inheritance tax.
Permanently increase child tax credit by $400 per child.
Cut capital gains tax by 6.6%.
Treat religious organizations equally for tax breaks.
End offshore illegal tax breaks.

Free Trade

Keep Canadian and Mexican borders open to help with free trade.
Impose tariffs on goods from countries like China who manipulate currency.
Encourage more free trade with countries such as Chile, Singapore, Australia, Dominican Republic.
No fast track agreements.
Restrict trade with countries who don't support democracy.
Only enter trade agreements for two years at a time subject to review.
Pass trade agreements which help American exports.
Manipulate WTO to our advantage.

Job Training

Allow industry training by state block grants and industry partners.
Provide optional job training programs for prisoners during their sentences.

Obamacare

Repeal Obamacare reporting requirements for small businesses.
Repeal Obamacare health insurance mandate.

Bankruptcy and Housing

Banks must pay part of their debt in order to declare bankruptcy.
Terminate Home Affordable Mortgage Program.
Limit Chapter 7 bankruptcy and restrict other bankruptcy rules to avoid foreclosures.
Require full disclosure about subprime mortgages.
Ban abusive credit practices and enhance consumer disclosure.

Fiscal Spending

Keep promises made to states before additional spending.
Constitutional Amendment requiring a balanced budget each year.
Line item vetoes can save you and me money.
Balanced budgets lead to lower interest rates while deficits hurt investments.
Anti-recession stimulus is ok if strategically designed but no pork and earmarks.

This is a lot to take in so I'll be dividing it up into subsections.
