Guys, it is time to give it a rest.  The forum would be much better off without these two dinosaur parties around.  Your membership, combined, is less than that of the largest "third party", but you still have the most influence on the forum because of dumbass avatar voters.  I hereby move that both parties be disbanded for once and for all time.

I agree with the Senator.  I urge my fellow 3-4 active Democrats to join either the Farmer Labor or Independent Liberal parties.  The time has come for a new generation of parties to take over in Atlasia.

Quite frankly, the DNC and RNC have done more harm than good, so Super is right.

You know what has to be "given a rest?" The effort to have us change our names/end our parties. We're not going anywhere.

When I say that, I mean my party isn't dissolving because others don't like us. Some tried to force a name change upon us, it failed. This will meet the same fate.

Maybe I should join the Republicans to be a Ron Paul Republican, quit trying to disband other peoples' parties!   They can do that themselves.

Does this also mean you're going to vote for Socialist candidates in the future too, whilst being a Republican as well?

Maybe the DNC should have thought about that before registering trolls and inactives Tongue

Why is everyone so bent on getting rid of the republican and Democratic parties
It gives an unfair advantage to both parties since people blindly register Democratic or Republican.  Even I did that.  Had I registered with the party I most agreed with, at the time it would have been the AFIP.

Since the Democratic Party has effectively died, and the Republican party is not what it once was, why not end it now?
