I know people aren't particularly interested in asking me questions in this thread, but I'd like to see if anyone has any questions for me that you'd rather ask here than in the confirmation hearing.

What will your role in the senate be? For my part, I think a 50/50 split is acceptable, but I don't want to see the role of the PPT be reduced to nothing. Will you be administering any slots?

Good question, and oddly relevant to a PM I just sent.

I plan on administering slots based on precedent. As such, that means that I plan on administrating the three Forum Affairs/Emergency slots, one Foreign Policy slot, and two general Executive Agenda slots.

I'm not particularly beholden to that, either, and I'm perfectly willing to be flexible if TNF has a particular setup in mind. However, I think it's pretty reasonable to assume that such a thing would be the setup in the near term.

And, of course, in TNF's absence, should that happen, I would administer all of the slots.

I just want to issue a public apology for not voting in the previous election. I had a family emergency come up (hence my leave of absence, as well), and I didn't get a chance to vote once it transpired.
