Highly unlikely.  He's old news and would get creamed barring an epic economic boom.  I don't think we will see any past general election losers run unless it's a popular vote/electoral college split.

It would be "Should/can/would John Kerry run for President" Wink

On topic, he will not run.

It would be difficult to see his name on a ballot and not vote for him.

He'll be in his 70s by the primaries and he's already a proven loser, so close to zero chance.

Kerry vs. Romney 2016 could be interesting to watch.

America post-1963 has shown that it hates rich, white Massachusetts Governors and Senators with attractive hair with a passion.

They both lose.

Without Iraq Kerry would've lost about 58-40. 2004 proved he was unelectable.

As much as I would like to see a President Kerry, that ship has sailed and I think the Secretary of State knows it.

Maybe if Hillary isn't running he will run but I heavily doubt both scenarios are gonna happen!

He had his chance in 2004 and fell short against the worst President in the history of the United States. Enough said.

Not happening. He had his chance in 2004 and didn't win. Besides, he's 69 and will be 73 if he gets elected on January 20th, 2017. Its a common fact that the the older candidate in presidential elections usually loses.

No way.  Not unless he's able to achieve world peace in the next two years.

It's a rare person who ever got a second chance.  Hasn't happen since Adlai Stevenson in 1956.

Actually, Nixon got a second chance, and won. But he was much younger than Kerry would be. Nixon was only 55 when he was elected in 1968.

I'm hoping for a Kerry-Pawlenty race. It would truly inspire the world.
