2 weeks after election day, and all state results have been certified. We can now say the final results of the election are 502 electoral votes for Clinton/Castro, 29 for Taitz/Akin, and 7 for Paul/Johnson.

Great TL. I think 2016 could very plausibly see a scenario similar to this. The only thing I'd change is that Kelly Ayotte is VERY unlikely to win reelection in 2016 (Democratic wave or not), and while Rubio might hold on in real life, he'd definitely lose in a wave this big. I'm glad you let Portman survive though.
