Find everyone involved with 9/11.
9/11 taught us about radical Islam and we must stop it.
Continue to overcome 1990's barriers between FBI and CIA to prevent another 9/11.
Differentiate between political prisoners and theological zealots.
Governors and Presidents should show up at disaster locations like hurricanes and oil spills.
President should communicate threats to the American public.
Encourage every family to have a color coded terror alert chart on their refrigerator.
The president isn't authorized to reinterpret FISA's.
Terrorism will never end and we must do all we can to prevent it.
Inconvenience to the public doesn't mean we're Orwellian.
Include states in anti-terror planning.
Restrict no-bid contracts for oil.
Require FISA warrants for wiretaps of U.S. citizens.
No electronic surveillance of U.S. citizens without a warrant.
Intelligence gathering shouldn't be made political or declassified to congress.
Not funding a war we're already in is foolish.
No involvement in foreign wars that don't pertain to us.
Other forms of transportation besides the airlines should also be protected from terrorism.
Keep wiretaps and intelligence programs started by Bush.
Patriot Act is vital to fighting terrorism.
Once a government has the ability to do something they do it anyways despite legalization.
Domestic spying helps find terrorists and Bush was great for doing so.
More G.I. benefits for college, retirement, and disability.
Ensure veterans' healthcare receives proper funding.
Protect all infrastructure projects with security.
Require FISA court warrants to monitor calls to foreign nations.
Limit soldiers' deployment to 12 months.
Expand veterans' health services to include wives and family.
Create a global coalition to fight terrorism as Bush did.
Make room for intelligence in our budgets.
Use the 9/11 commission report wisely, but remember they're humans who can make errors too.
All commercial airline pilots must carry guns in the cockpit.
Address abuses of electronic monitoring in the workforce.
Military spouses shouldn't lose voting rights while overseas.
National security protects our economy as well as our sovereignty.
Keep U.S. as the strongest military in the world.
Let military decide on don't ask, don't tell.
Patriot Act should include roving wiretaps.

Find everyone involved with 9/11.
Okay.

9/11 taught us about radical Islam and we must stop it.
It also taught us about dicking around in the Middle East - or at least, it should have, but uh, okay...

Continue to overcome 1990's barriers between FBI and CIA to prevent another 9/11.
What barriers?

Differentiate between political prisoners and theological zealots.
Obviously.

Governors and Presidents should show up at disaster locations like hurricanes and oil spills.
Of course.

President should communicate threats to the American public.
Duh.

Encourage every family to have a color coded terror alert chart on their refrigerator.
...ok

The president isn't authorized to reinterpret FISA's.
Okay.

Terrorism will never end and we must do all we can to prevent it.
Okay.

Inconvenience to the public doesn't mean we're Orwellian.
Depends.

Include states in anti-terror planning.
Okay.

Restrict no-bid contracts for oil.
Okay.

Require FISA warrants for wiretaps of U.S. citizens.
Yes.

No electronic surveillance of U.S. citizens without a warrant.
Agree.

Intelligence gathering shouldn't be made political or declassified to congress.
Okay.

Not funding a war we're already in is foolish.
Agree.

No involvement in foreign wars that don't pertain to us.
It depends, but I mostly agree with this.

Other forms of transportation besides the airlines should also be protected from terrorism.
Yeah.

Keep wiretaps and intelligence programs started by Bush.
Not with their current lack of oversight and incompetence.

Patriot Act is vital to fighting terrorism.
Maybe so, but there needs to be a balance between security and personal liberty/privacy.

Once a government has the ability to do something they do it anyways despite legalization.
I don't know what this means.

Domestic spying helps find terrorists and Bush was great for doing so.
No.  Domestic spying without a warrant is a blatant Fourth Amendment violation.  Aren't you contradicting yourself here?

More G.I. benefits for college, retirement, and disability.
Yes.

Ensure veterans' healthcare receives proper funding.
Yes.

Protect all infrastructure projects with security.
Yes.

Require FISA court warrants to monitor calls to foreign nations.
No - we have no right to spy on foreign nations whatsoever, at least unless we're willing to let them spy on us, as well?

Limit soldiers' deployment to 12 months.
Yes.

Expand veterans' health services to include wives and family.
Yes.

Create a global coalition to fight terrorism as Bush did.
Depends on what that entails.

Make room for intelligence in our budgets.
We already fund intelligence programs, no?

Use the 9/11 commission report wisely, but remember they're humans who can make errors too.
...Okay.

All commercial airline pilots must carry guns in the cockpit.
Provided there are safety standards in place, I could get behind that.

Address abuses of electronic monitoring in the workforce.
Yes.

Military spouses shouldn't lose voting rights while overseas.
Agreed.

National security protects our economy as well as our sovereignty.
Okay.

Keep U.S. as the strongest military in the world.
Okay, but I think the deficit ought to be a higher priority at this point.  We desperately need to scale back.

Let military decide on don't ask, don't tell.
No.

Patriot Act should include roving wiretaps.
You're contradicting yourself again.

No troops under U.N. command ever.
Disagree.

$1,000,000,000 per plane for a B-2 is a colossal misuse of money.
Agree.

Strong defense doesn't mean wasteful with money.
I agree it shouldn't, but it usually does.

Professor who said 9/11 victims brought on attack should be fired.
That's not up to the government to decide.

That's not up to the government to decide.

If it was at a state school then he should be fired as it's run by the government. If it's not at a state school, then the school should have the decency to fire him. I can't imagine what George Washington would think about our troops being under the command of foreign leaders. As for spying, spying on foreigners is part of being an American. As for domestic spying, what I said was it should be with FISA court warrants.
