Okay, blame me, I'm anxious... Sorry for the lame name, but I was rushing... Anyways here's the rules... This is a part one, part two game, part one is just county annexing... this is the format for the sign up is like this:

Flag (optional):
Name:
Type of Nation (dictatorship, republic, etc.):
Parties in your nation/country:
Color:
Capitol:
Your name (title with the name is preferred, but not mandatory):
Starting County (population naming is optional):

Also, if someone surrounds a certain area that is unclaimed, that person surrounding it owns it unless if someone has some territory in that area... Also, when making naval landings or Arial landings, that counts as five (5) moves... If the place you are landing in is two (2) or more states away, each state counts as two (2) moves... The maximum amounts of moves are ten (10), if you make more than ten moves or if you are taking four counties (say Staten Island, Manhattan, Bronx and Queens when you're in Brooklyn and landing in say, Cook County in Illinois, then it would be 2 moves plus 5 which is 7, plus the four which would be 11, so due to it being over 10, so I would have to remove one county to equal the 10... So lets say its Queens, so next turn I could get Queens back and advance into New Jersey and in Illinois..
Also, the turns will be in the order of which they signed up... If you don't want to go, you can just say that you don't want to do it... Also, each turn lasts at a maximum of Four days (exceptions like planned events without access to the internets are okay...)  Now if/when we go international, the main people left/people who own a majority of a state, that state belongs to that person... So now that I got that off of my chest, I can now take sign ups...

Name: Democratic Republic of SJoyceland
Flag: Instead of a flag the Democratic Republic uses preserved spotted bass.
Type of nation: Liberal constitutional presidential democratic drone-free republic.
Political structure: 250 members elected by multi-member PR. The current ruling coalition is between the Liberal Party (which has been the largest or second-largest party for nearly a generation) with 118 seats, and the SJoyceland Freedom Party, with 10 seats. The Liberals are generally supportive of the economic status quo, noninterventionist, and very socially liberal. The SFP is near-isolationist and generally libertarian. The largest opposition parties are the Social Democratic Party (98 seats; democratic socialist, leftist, and the former coalition partner of the Liberals) and the Alliance of Conservatives (22 seats; traditionalist, economically moderate). There's also an ecosocialist Green Party with 2 seats. There's also the People's Party (far-right) and several regionalist groups that rarely elect officials.
Color: Green
Capital: Lexington, Kentucky
Name: Glorious and Exalted Emperor Jim Gray
Starting County: Fayette County, KY

I can do it if you'd like.  I'm pretty good at Paint, but if there's another program that might work better, I'd like to know.
