The first program to cut will be that of Protected Wetlands in Ohio and in other regions of Atlasia. We will unprotect them and cut all funding, thanks.

Since D3 is the only district getting the tax cuts, perhaps only Ohio should get the service cuts to pay for it. I propose ending all federal money sent to Ohio.

What does this mean?

At the time, I had a Minnesota avatar because I'd just seen the film Fargo.  Naso was paraphrasing a line from it.
