Continuing from the last poll: https://uselectionatlas.org/FORUM/index.php?topic=179025.0

This is Round 3 on which city should be the U.S. 2024 Olympic nominee. In this round, you may vote for up to 4 cities.

Last poll's results:

Boston      14 (10.9%)
New York City      14 (10.9%)
San Francisco           13 (10.1%)
Chicago      12 (9.3%)
Washington D.C.      11 (8.5%)
Philadelphia      11 (8.5%)
Seattle      11 (8.5%)
New Orleans      11 (8.5%)

Did not advance:

Los Angeles      8 (6.2%)
Miami      8 (6.2%)
Houston      7 (5.4%)
Minneapolis      6 (4.7%)
San Antonio      3 (2.3%)

Comments: L.A. didn't advance, probably due to it being in 1984. The rest of the southern cities (Houston, San Antonio, and Miami) were eliminated, with the exception of write-in city New Orleans.

My votes:
NYC
Washington D.C.
San Francisco
Boston

I just voted for San Francisco.

I don't think people realize that it literally has something close to the best summer weather in the world.

The U.S. should not nominate a city. Many other countries deserve to showcase their cultures, play host to the games, and use the event as an opportunity to invest in human development.

On the danger to become a thread-spoiler for the second time: Details of the IOC presidential vote have leaked. Apparently, Thomas Bach got all the votes from Africa, after running on a platform of expanding the geographical scope of the Olympics. He also managed to cash in as much TV money from Europe for 2016/2020 as his main competitor, Richard Carrion, got from NBC.
It's going to be Munich 2022 and South Africa 2024!

I know. But this thread is on what U.S. city should be the nominee, not the final winner. Only one nominee per country, and I just wanted to make a thread on what city should be the U.S. nominee.
