After the Civil Rights Act of 1964, did any racist whites move to South Africa?

I was pondering this a few days ago.

There probably were a few, but I would think any idiots who left the US to fight for the White Man in the 60's would have gone to Rhodesia.

The only thing I was able to find that might give any hint was that according to the 1996 SA census, there were 4,923 people residing in SA who had North American citizenship.

Yes, the racist whites of West Virginia and eastern Kentucky went to Rhodesia, where they lived  under the rule of a White Working-Class fascist dictatorship.
