I kind of like the symbolism of it being a small and local show. That's the first shows I went to after all. (Most likely it will be, since bands don't like to tour to Minnesota in December. Although I believe Superchunk was the last band I saw as a 26 year old.)

I'd also kind of like the symbolism of the first show I go to after my 30th birthday to be some bigger but guilty pleasure band where I'm older than almost everyone at the show (unlikely to happen for the same reason mentioned above.)

Small local show.  Then when you hit 30 you can transition into seeing all the big popular bands over where the Wild play hockey.

No. That won't be happening.

no, you're an emblem of being 20-something, and since you haven't noticeably evolved as a person since you became known at age 21 (more power to you, don't get me wrong), we see the universe spinning towards a self-evident nowhere.

as for the poll question, I'd go with a band you already have an emotional relationship with, so I voted option 2.

I think I've found a rather fitting one on December 10:

10
TUESDAY

ARMS ALOFT
DEEP CUTS
MANIX
BABEQUEST

1/2 ROOM SHOW!     21+ | 8:00 PM | $5.00

I haven't been to any shows in awhile because as odd as this sounds: None have interested me. Here's one that does, mostly local, small room show, cheap cover, a very fitting one.
