The world has asked them to stop settlements but since there were no consequences attached to that, settlements have continued unabated. Anyways, this FPR will serve as the talks since we are not negotiating on the matter. Perhaps we should give them a little time to comply which is why Bore's amendment is intriguing to me.

Aye.

I would prefer total sanctions and an end to recognition of Israel so long as it's going to engage in ethnic cleansing/empire building, but that's not going to pass this Senate, so it looks like this is the absolute best we'll get, which is unfortunate. Here's hoping the next time we address this the Senate isn't full of Likudniks.
