Prohibit sexual identity discrimination at schools. Prohibit sexual identity discrimination everywhere.
No need to add sexual orientation to hate crimes. Abolish the concept of hate crimes, spend the money saved from doing so on anti-discrimination programs, which should begin from the youngest possible age.
Leave gay marriage up to the states. Abolish marriage altogether.
Don't make the Patriot Act Permanent. Agreed, repeal it now, repeal the indefinite detention provision of the 2011 NDAA, and reduce the antiterrorism powers the U.S. government now holds to what it had pre-9/11.
Protect Pledge of Allegiance in public schools. No. The Pledge of Allegiance is creepy.
Continue and advocate affirmative action programs in colleges, but not the workforce. Abolish affirmative action, replaced with race neutral universal social programs. Make college free of charge, require just cause in order to fire someone.
Recognize and celebrate the historical anniversary of ending slavery. Make it a paid holiday.
Constitutional Amendment for equal women's rights. Agree.
Constitutional Amendment banning flag desecration. Disagree.
Enforce against wage discrimination based on gender. Agree.
Honor 100th anniversary of NAACP. Agree.
Allow for gay adoptions. Agree.
Support principles embodied in equal rights amendment. Agree.
Provide special funding for minority and women owned businesses. Disagree. Reduce and eventually eliminate all funding going to businesses of any kind.
Keep Rosa Parks stamp. Agree.

Extend unemployment benefits by 20 weeks. Unemployment benefits should last at least two-and-a-half years, should be increased to the 75% of wage rate at one's previous job, or 40 hours at the minimum wage and a half (whichever one is higher). People should be able to collect unemployment benefits if they quit their jobs or are fired.
Extend unemployment benefits through recessions. See above.
Restrict employer interference in union organizing. Agree. Make it virtually impossible for employers to interfere by throwing up stiff fines and guaranteeing union organizers equal access to employees.
Non-union members shouldn't receive benefits negotiated by unions. Completely agree. End the 'open shop' and allow union contracts to require employees to be a part of the union if they want the benefits negotiated by the union. Bring back the union hiring hall.
Raise minimum wage to $7.85/hour. Raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour.
Eliminating corporate tax would bring jobs back from overseas. No, it would bring corporate profits back from overseas, but it wouldn't bring jobs back from overseas. Make it more expensive to make and send products to the United States by raising tariffs on American companies that produce their goods elsewhere. Require foreign companies that wish to access the American market build factories here and hire Americans.
Allow for Air Traffic Controller's to unionize. Allow all public employees the right to unionize.
Secret ballot as opposed to card check. Both. Card check if the unions want to forego an election, but if an election is requested, the election should be held within 2 weeks of the initial verification of signatures and employers should not be able to tell their workers how to vote.
Ban discriminatory compensation by allowing 2 years to sue. Put no limits on the length of time for lawsuits.
Stronger enforcement against gender based pay discrimination. Agreed, and make it easier for women to get into higher paying professions by actively encouraging women to go into the trades.

Allow faith based initiatives for responsible fatherhood with funds and state involvement. Ban faith based initiatives and stop using private entities as clearinghouses for the welfare state.
Institute National Service as a new social invention. Never in a million years.
Provide for Section 8 Housing vouchers. Not entirely sure what this is, expand public housing dramatically, make it livable, and make it cheaper than private housing.
No promotion of marriage for TANF recipients. No promotion of marriage, period. End all tax supports and tax breaks for marriage.
Continue food stamps where they're at. Expand food stamp eligibility by opening the program up to anyone who wants to use it. Double the amount one can get on food stamps.
Allow state welfare waivers. Not sure what this is.
Provide tax credits to promote home ownership in distressed areas. Skip tax credits and directly build homes to house people in distressed areas.
Increase the earned income tax credit.  Ditch the EITC, replace it with a universal basic income policy that pays everyone in the country double the minimum wage on a 40 hour workweek every week, for each person in the household over 18, with an additional 'baby bonus' for persons under 18 (i.e. pay regular minimum wage rate at a 40 hour week for those children so the family has more money for the kids). Make this entirely tax free.

Impose tariffs against countries who manipulate or undervalue currency. Agree.
Impose tariffs against goods from Chile, Singapore, and Australia. Not sure on Australia or Chile, definitely in favor of tariffs against the Singaporean dictatorship.
Review free trade agreements biannually for rights violations. I'm all for this, but maybe make it every five years? Biannually seems like it would make things awfully complex and awfully slow. Suspend any free trade agreements with human rights violators (like Columbia)
Withdraw from CAFTA and WTO. Agree.
Require open markets for U.S. goods in all trade agreements. Disagree. This is hypocritical and will not make us many friends.
Remove common goods from national security export rules. Not sure what this means.
Make trade relations with China permanent if they don't sell weapons to our enemy. Make trade relations with China permanent, but restrict them and make Chinese products more expensive so long as the Chinese dictatorship kills workers who try to organize.
Closed borders are bad for free trade. ...Duh?
Increase global connections for big and small businesses. Business can do that on its own. Not the concern of the state.
Eliminate corporate tax to bring back jobs from overseas. No, see above.

Constitutional Amendment requiring a balanced budget each year. Never ever in a million years.
Implement Cut, Cap, and Balance. Not sure what this is, but it sounds awful, so no.
Modify bankruptcy rules to avoid mortgage foreclosures. Place a moratorium on all foreclosures.
Anti-recession and stimulus spending is helpful in certain cases. Duh? Pass a law that would automatically inject stimulus funds at any point GDP growth goes negative.
Monitor TARP funds to ensure more mortgage relief. Again, moratorium on foreclosures, buy up foreclosed homes and allow homeless people to take them up and pay them off on a renegotiated mortgage.
Bailout for Chrysler and GM was good for our economy. Not sure. Saving both of those companies was undoubtedly a wise move, but I feel like doing it the way we did (firing autoworkers while maintaining CEO compensation) was wrong. Nationalize Chrysler, GM, and Ford into a single American Autos to produce low-cost, energy efficient cars, and give the UAW a large role in managing that company.
Focus on jobs and energy when funding infrastructure. Agree.
Declare "federal emergency" for federal gas prices when over $4.00/gallon. Nationalize oil companies and all other energy companies into a single National Energy Corporation, which would keep gas prices low while taking all profit made and investing it in alternative energy sources.
Revitalize severely distressed public housing. Agree, and expand public housing to make it more attractive than private housing.
Regulate subprime mortgage industry to avoid risky lending and another housing market collapse. Bring back Glass-Steagall.
Raise federal debt limit from $14.3 trillion to $16.7 trillion in exchange for annual $40 billion cuts. Abolish the debt limit.
National debt reduction is more important than tax cuts. Neither are important.
Investments in our economy builds stronger international alliances. Agree, but only if that investment pushes forward the position of the American worker.
Limit chapter 7 bankruptcy. Not sure.
Uphold commitments to states and taxpayers before budget cuts. Agree.

Continue funding for the National Endowment of the Arts. Double or triple it and establish a Department of Culture. Institute WPA-like programs for the arts to help out of work artists and cleanse art of plutocratic funding.

You're very liberal, but I'm glad to exchange ideas. We at least agree 1/3 of the time which is nice.
