IIRC, this estimate is based on a proposal different from what was actually passed.

The last estimate I saw for the Basic Income was $200 Billion, though it did forego the last couple changes made in the bill.

Holy sh**t, we gots a President who presents Redrafts before da final vote is even over? I don't recall dying from those escapades on Saturday, but I am beginning to think it is possible. Wink

Anyway we still have to get to point b by way of point a.

Steps to Follow:
1. Matt:  Finish Final Vote and Present it to the President on or after November 05, 2013, 07:01:53 am (24 hour vote change period expires then).

2. Duke: Officially Submit your redraft

3. Sponsor (TNF) decides between vote or withdrawal of the redraft - already done.

4. Matt: Open a vote on the Redraft

I have no authority to open votes as Senate Dean unless Matt were to leave for two days or give me expressed authorization. Neither is the case. It was a superflous note to Matt, superflous because I am sending him daily and even twice daily PMs about what is needing to be done.

Though we have had authortizations granted retroactively and I worded that line loosely enough to pull a BK possibly to save the lost time. Its thin though.
