How would my fellow Southerners feel about electing all the IDS Reps all at once, rather than having Class A and Class B seats which tends to be confusing?

If there's good reason to stick to the status quo, I can support that, but I thought we should discuss the pros and cons of changing the system.

thats a good idea, but we'd need to have the ballot very choked up with people.... But good concept anyways.

Class A and Class B makes it more interesting me thinks. I would like to do in the Midwest if it allowable. Not sure how it's more confusing if all dates are posted.

Good point.  Competitiveness is something to keep in mind.

I wouldn't be opposed to such a change.

In fact, I think I would prefer it for the sake of simplicity, and greater turnout.

I really think the IDS has the best regional election system when it comes to Class A/B. It forces individuals, parties and movements to be active and participate in democracy every month, rather than every two months. It also means that if you want to control a majority of the legislature, then you have to wage electoral battle each month (and win 2 out of 3 in the Class A elections). The other regions should adopt our approach. Smiley No one element helps guarantee activity or competition, but I think the 3/2 cycle is the better method for those aforementioned variables when combined with other elements.
