Looks like Cooch is another casualty in the GOP's War on Women.

Voters trust the Democrat more than the Republican on abortion. In Virginia.

If this is true, then that's no surprise to me.

You can thank NoVa for that.

Virginia has seceded from the Confederacy.
Then why is McAuliffe leading in this poll?  It was Democrats who supported the Confederacy, after all.

And the racist white descendants of those 19th century racist whites are now Republicans.

Northam is only leading Jackson 45-42. Why is it that close? Lack of name rec?

I'd probably vote for the Libertarian joker if I lived in the Commonwealth at this point.

It was mentioned elsewhere that Northam's campaign is almost nonexistent because they believe that they will coast to victory just because their opponent is insane.

That's probably Jackson's ceiling. Either way, if I were in Virginia, I'd for sure vote for Northam.

Romney got 39% in Fairfax, McAuliffe is only doing slightly better in polls than Obama's result. Cuccinelli will probably get around 35%.

With the trajectory of the race, I am thinking somewhere along the lines of a 10-13% McAuliffe win combined with high single digits for others.

Nah, conservative-leaning indys and disaffected republicans will come home enough to keep it a single point race. This is VAafter all.

Well actually, over a million people live in that area, but its diminishing and democrats don't need it so its not relevant.

The mountainous area of VA-06 is, politically, a bit different from the coal areas of VA-09. VA-06 is actually trending D.
