I feel like this bill needs to be much more comprehensive for such a broad topic, but I'll wait for the sponsor to present their argument before I present any amendments.

Well, you can withdraw sponsorship if you think you'll need a lot of time.

If you can churn something out in a week or so, you can just amend this bill when you come up with something more concrete.
