I'm guessing you live in Campbell County? I can tell you Obama definitely didn't win Highland Heights and most likely didn't win Woodlawn or Silver Grove.

You're looking at 2008. He won Woodlawn and Silver Grove in 2012. He won a precinct in Highland Heights, but I don't know if it's enough to win the whole city.

Suburban Campbell County (outside I-275) is one of few places that has not only openly rewarded school harassment but has also tried molding the entire community around it.

I also think it's interesting that one of few strong GOP areas in northern Campbell County is Evergreen Cemetery.

Here's the 2012 map:

It's unambiguous that Obama won Woodlawn and Silver Grove.

If that's the case, then the rural areas of the county swung HARD for Romney.

Milwaukee's western suburbs do have a fairly large evangelical presence ( Elmbrook Church, for example). I once met some people from Brookfield who exclaimed, "but you're not black!!" after I told them I live in the actual city of Milwaukee. Creepy.

Everything between Madison and Milwaukee is mostly populated by white people who fled their old neighborhood when a black family moved in down the street.

That's not true, don't state things that only liberals think are true, please. This is where stereotypes come from.

Of course, his description would apply to nearly all suburbs outside the South (and a fair amount there, too)

Nowhere. Nothing is as creepy as the dominionist Tea Party exurbs.

Not even close! Either Baltimore or New Orleans, though both have cleaned up in recent years. Most cities have. The late 20th century was ridiculous!

Crime is going down, but still, the top 5 most dangerous (crime) cities in America are New Orleans, Detroit, Baltimore, St. Louis, and Chicago.

Maybe it is just the proximity talking, but I feel like Oakland is pretty damn scary.
