I've got my eyes peeled for FL-13. I wonder if Bill Young died in 2013 in this TL, or if the shutdown happened/happened the same way.

For purposes of Stokes running for LG and Sen. Carter running for Governor down in Georgia, I decided to edit and swap Stokes with Carter because I'm trying to make this as accurate, while instituting my predictions as possible.
