Since hereditary peers lost their automatic right to sit in the House of Lords, would that be possible for a peer, who is not among those 90 elected to remain there, to sit in the House of Commons?

That reminds me a situation of Irish and Scottish hereditary peers that weren't (unlike their English counterparts) automatically entitled to sit in the Lords, only to elect a number of "representative peers". Therefore the Viscount Palmerston, while an Irish peer, was able to serve in the Commons for example. Would that be a case with current hereditary peers as well?

Yes.  John Thurso, the Lib Dem MP for Caithness, Sutherland and Easter Ross, is a hereditary peer.  Michael Ancram continued in the Commons after inheriting a peerage, too.

You forgot Douglas Hogg, which is a shame really!
