I will offer another amendment regarding new information in the Farm subsidies bill. It turns out Farm Subsidies amount to about 6.23 B, meanwhile Crop Insurance amounts to 0.77 B. So, I will offer another amendment to make up for that.

Once the first amendment passes, I got data from GM Sirnick, and Farm Subsidies (or Farm Income Assistance) takes up 6.23 Billion in the budget. Therefore, here is the changes I am making.

Still not sure how that number correlates to the numbers passed in the 2014 budget...

I object, requesting that the 40% be moved back down to 25% - if this is going to pass, lets at least ease into it, allowing those who will surely be displaced to find other sufficient income.

I am offering the new amendment, which is changes in numbers. and that is what Tmth is objecting to, not the amendment that has the very basic changes to the format to make it readable.

And for Tmth, here is the exact thing I am talking about
