I guess it's more of a scientific claim than a political one, but the radical feminist on DU who claimed that circumcision increases levels of aggressiveness in males and is directly linked to more rape and is a tool of the patriarchy has to take the cake.

For a solely political one, it's tough to pick just one, but one that stands out was a comment on some news site about the coming end of DADT claiming that this would lead to the reinstation of the draft.
