A court packing scheme might make that all irrelevant. Considering how hysterically hackish the NC GOP is, they will probably go along with it.

They couldn't have waited for the new governor, supreme court justice to be seated? They have just given them more incenentice to court pack.


Great, but Schumer needs to come out and state unequivocally that no Trump SCOTUS nominee will be getting cloture before 12/2017 1/2021.
