I... wasn't aware there were regulations we had to go by to submit flag designs.  Regardless, I'll post both my proposals.  Also, I think there's a typo in this bill, as that law is from 2004, though I think we should consider whether we need those regulations.

You don't like golden fringe on our flags?

I don't really have a preference for which design is used; practically anything is better than the current one.

I suppose I don't have a problem with golden fringe, but those design instructions are extremely specific.  Would you be okay with nixing the design requirements and keeping the fringe?

What do the Emperor and my fellow Reps think of the flag designs?  Are there any other proposals we should consider?

I think Adam did a nice job with the flag and all; my only objections are the unnecessary orbs surrounding the emblem, and the fact that the emblem itself only represents the state of Georgia.  I still prefer my own flag, but I don't want to force it into the bill.  Perhaps a vote of some sort should be in order?

As for Enderman's proposal, I really can't visualize what's in the text.  Perhaps he'd be willing to draw a rough concept design in Paint and let Adam or myself remake it?

You don't understand.  I can't simply draw what someone tells me to draw.  I guarantee you it will come out completely different from what you'd like it to be.  A few shapes made in MS Paint will at least give me a layout to work with.  You don't even have to draw freehand; just use the shape tools and neatly label everything.

In a little while, I'm going to move to amend the bill so that it includes my flag and coat of arms if we don't get any new proposals.  I also can't support partisan symbols in our flags.

Hmm.  Is it wise to include the new map on our flag when we're not sure if it's going to be accepted yet?

I'm okay with that flag.  I probably won't be submitting any more designs because I have to focus my creative energy on the Atlasia game for now.

Hopefully it doesn't offend anyone.  I will admit, I kind of like the Southern battle flag design... not because of what it represents to some people, but because I find it aesthetically appealing.  If someone thinks I'm a racist because my eyes see a flag a certain way, then I guess they're entitled to their misconceptions, but I don't want anyone to receive backlash over this.

We don't need a coat of arms.  We don't need a flag, either.  However, I think they would be nice for the region to have, especially given the current flag.

If someone comes up with a design that's better than the Confederate flag, I don't see why we can't consider that as well.

I'm very fond of the last one, but I also like the New Mexico flag for its simplicity.  Perhaps we can find another symbol.

I'll make some changes, yes.  Basically I'm just experimenting with the colors, and I use Adobe Flash to draw my flags.
