Hudson County, NJ and Bergen County,NJ: Population Growth, Drop,and growth again

Bergen County, New Jersey grew to having 897.150 people in the 1970 Census than in the 1980 Census the population dropped to 845,385 people and than the 1990 Census it dropped down to 825.380 people. In the 2000 Census the counties population grew to 884,118 people(nearly matching its 1970 Census high) and up to 905,116 people respectively in the 2010 Census. In 2012 the County now has 918,888 people.

Hudson County, New Jersey grew every decade up to the 1930 Census(yes a long time ago) but declined to having 556,972 people in the 1980 Census and bottomed out to having 553,100 people by the 1990 Census. In the 2000 Census the counties population grew to having 608,975 people  and to having 634,266 people in the 2010 Census. In 2012 the county has 652,302 people.

I suspect Hudson County has something to do with White flight and then some Gentrification.
